Senior Evaluator
Simon is responsible for assessing civic and electoral programs and helping shape the strategies and funding recommendations that drive the network's impact. He brings a decade of experience as a senior strategist and analyst on some of the country's highest-profile campaigns. He leads our work to assess programs’ short and long-term impact, and their fit with our strategic approach.
Prior to F4D, Simon served as Senior Analytics Advisor on the California Redistricting campaign, where he built the testing, modeling, and measurement infrastructure. He advised the DNC in 2024 on a program to counter third-party vote siphoning. Earlier in his career, he served as a Senior Advisor on the Terry McAuliffe gubernatorial campaign in Virginia and the campaign to stop the recall of Governor Gavin Newsom and as Chief Analytics Officer for Cory Booker's 2020 presidential campaign.
Simon graduated from Boston University and lives in Fort Greene, Brooklyn, with his wife and dog.
