  • STEP 1

    If your assets are OUTSIDE Schwab:
    Direct DTC-eligible securities to:

    DTC #0164, Code 40
    FBO: Network for Civic Action
    Account #: 9866-2693

    If your assets are INSIDE Schwab:
    1. Copy this authorization letter template
    2. Edit it with your information and save/download the letter (Word doc or PDF)
    3. Log in to your Schwab account
    4. Upload the letter to the Schwab message center (icon that looks like an envelope on the top right of the screen)
    5. Schwab will then move the securities

  • STEP 2

    If available, on the memo line or any notes field, write:
